Ivory Wedding Backdrop

All rental items are shipped to arrive 3 days before your scheduled event date to allow time for setup and preparation. Your rental period includes the event day and ends 1 day after your event (5-day total window). A prepaid return label is included with every order.

The selected event date represents the event day. Delivery and return dates are automatically scheduled based on this timeline.

Returns & Refunds

This item is a rental product and is not eligible for returns or refunds once the rental period has begun.

A prepaid return label will be included with each order. Items must be packed securely and shipped back by the required return date.

Once the items are received and inspected, the security deposit will be refunded to the original payment method, provided all items are returned in their original condition without damage or missing pieces.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 21 days before the event date to receive a refund of the rental fee. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
